HAHAAAAHAA.... Ya yaaa...I nk cuba sebab dah tahap merbahaya dah my weight ni. Perut dah macam pregnant 4 bulan. few friends suggested diet cara ni. sebab mereka berkesan dengan cara ini...maka I follow laa..kuat ke semangat aku ni? istiqamah lah ye.
